Abstract

|
Sexual violence is a common and serious problem affecting many people each year throughout the world. Regardless of the types of sexual violence, their aftereffects can be detrimental and long-lasting. This study reviewed a broad range of psychological impact of various sexual violence. Based upon empirical research findings, common risks and their
conceptualization were explored and the specific features depending on the types of sexual violence were discussed.
